Purchases grant access to the specific mod(s) listed in your account. Access may be revoked in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

License

Mods are licensed to you (not sold). You may use them on your server(s) as permitted by the product description. Redistribution, resale, or re-uploading is not allowed unless explicitly stated.

Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. For help, use the Support page after logging in.

Refunds

Refund policy depends on the nature of the digital goods and applicable law. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact support promptly.

Acceptable use

  • No abuse, harassment, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities.
  • No unauthorized scraping or disruption of service.
  • Follow DayZ and platform rules for content and distribution.
